Manufacturers
of white cedar shingles for roofing or siding.
Our
shingles are made of Northern White Cedar (also referred to as Eastern
White Cedar) as it is one of the most durable and versatile woods
available. Cedar contains
natural preservatives that also make it one of the most decay-resistant
and insect-tolerant woods. These
qualities in a shingle are a necessity living in Michigan’s Upper
Peninsula with its harsh winters and fluctuating weather patterns.
If our shingles can survive here, they can survive anywhere!
To
accommodate most types of construction we offer three different types of
shingles in two different lengths and thickness.
The different grades give you several options for the price you
would like to pay for your building project.
Our shingles are machine cut and packed in a bundle with four
bundles to a square. One
bundle of shingles will cover 25 square feet.
The widths of the shingles range from 3 to 8 inches.
The shingles are unfinished and if applied as is, will age over the
years to a beautiful silver-gray look.
Call
today and our friendly staff will be happy to answer any questions you may
have regarding coverage or the type of shingle that best suits your need.
